BOTSE Funerals will conduct a Burial service which includes a Grave setup, Registration of Death, Storage, Coffin, 2 Family cars and a Hearse.
In the event that BOTSE does not conduct the funeral, BOTSE will provide the deceased's family or society with a Cash Payout based on the plan they selected, which will be used at their discretion.
BOTSE will register the death at home affairs and get all the required documents plus booking the grave site.
BOTSE will store the body at a morgue to ensure that the deceased is well preserved and handled with care and dignity.
BOTSE will provide a coffin according to the customers affordability, this can range from Flat-lid coffins, Caskets and Domes.
BOTSE will provide a hearse to transport the deceased from home to a gravesite.
BOTSE will provide the family with transport from their home/ church to the gravesite
BOTSE will provide the family with fresh coffin spread flowers for the coffin.
